Personally, I would say it is a very nice scented cleansing product. However I think it suits a minimalist. You can't expect it to cleanse all the dirt by just 1 time cleansing. Still, I think Shu eumura cleansing oil work the best.
Since I've been attacked by acne last year, my skin really went amok, I had terrible time and as time passed and lots of beauty appointment my skin is now better but I've been really caution on things I want to use. I would say this cleansing milk is gentle enough for me, but it requires 2 times of cleansing for me if I'm just using this item to clear my makeup by the end of the day. The vanilla scent is soooooo good and *ahem* delicious!
When my skin gets dry due to long day in air-conditioning room it moisturize it without stripping my skin natural oil. Long term usage might be a lil annoying because who will want to spend so much time on cleaning their face if they have a better choice on cleansing product? Price wise, RM 119 for 200ml, it is a little on the expensive side, whereas Shu eumura cleansing oil RM290 for 500ml, sounds more worth it.
Last but not least, as long as I'm using minimum make up such as: sunblock and lipstick, I will give it a yes and continue buying and using it. BUT, if I'm on a complete makeup routine such as: foundation, concealer, mascara etc... no way, I will rather stick with my Shu eumura cleansing oil which up to today, I still truly amaze by how wonderfully it cleansed my skin.
